Good food, music and nature
We are passionate about barbeques, especially if in good company and in a beautiful location. Food is always our focus: the meat from local farmers is dressed with organic olive oil, herbs, berries and fruits. Polenta is made with cornflour from Storo and the wine is local too. Desserts, coffee and the perfect end of a meal with a homemade grappa.
A selection of mixed vegetables, seitan and tofu is also available for vegetarians.
We organize weekly barbeques; when the weather is good they normally take place in our baita (mountain hut), ideal place for outdoor eating and easy to reach for children and elderly people. If the weather is not ideal the barbeque is held in the hotel garden.
