Short supply chain
Our recipes make use of fresh produce from our vegetable patch and the herb garden, local game, homemade yogurt, local farmed trout and local meat, cheese from the dairies in Fassa or Predazzo. Top quality pasta is rigorously Felicetti from Predazzo.
Breakfast buffet with wide choice of sweet and savoury produce: homemade jam, local honey, homemade yogurt, muesli and cereals.
Home baked cakes and brioches, fresh selection of bread from a local bakery in Moena, canned and dried fruit and nuts, fruit juices, cured meats and local cheese. Eggs and bacon on request.
Plenty of choice also for vegans and people with food allergies.
The dinner menu is varied and seasonal. You can choose between three first and main courses and a section especially devised for vegans and people with food allergies. A buffet is always available with starters, salads, cheese board and cured meats. A wide choice of desserts completes the evening meal.
The wine list is varied and always up to date with our best local, national and international wines. Special attention is paid to the excellent wines of Trentino and Sudtirol.
Beer is local and unfiltered from Birra Fiemme, while grappa is home made by the owner Leonardo, or by Grappe PIsoni.
